💳 2. Advance Payment Policy
We operate strictly on an advance payment system to maintain transparency, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted service. The following terms apply:
✅ 30% Advance – Required for large, customized projects involving special materials or designs.
✅ 50% Advance – Applicable for medium-scale or repeat orders.
✅ 100% Advance – Mandatory for small runs, urgent deliveries, or orders below our minimum threshold.
⚠️ Please note: Work will not begin until the specified advance payment is successfully received and confirmed. Any delay in payment may result in delay of the overall project timeline.
🔍 3. Sample Requirement Before Manufacturing
We require a sample for each project prior to beginning full-scale manufacturing. This ensures that both parties are aligned on the expectations regarding:
Design accuracy
Print colors and layout
Box dimension and fitting
Paper/board quality and finishing
Clients must either provide a physical sample or approve a digital/physical prototype developed by Box Mania. Sample charges may apply depending on the complexity and scale of production.
Without sample approval, Box Mania will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction post-production.
🛠️ 4. Production & Delivery Timeline
Our production timelines are shared in writing after sample approval and advance payment. We strive to deliver within the agreed-upon time; however:
Delays due to unavailability of raw material, unforeseen machinery maintenance, or third-party courier interruptions are beyond our control.
Clients are informed immediately in case of unexpected delays.
Express/priority production can be discussed at an extra cost.
Shipping and logistics are handled via trusted courier partners. Tracking details are provided once dispatch is made.
🖋️ 5. Design Content Responsibility
All content, logos, and design files submitted must be final and approved by the client.
We do not take responsibility for errors in spelling, graphics, color shades, layout, or dimensions once approved by the client for production.
Any rework due to client-side errors will incur additional charges.
⚠️ All artwork developed by Box Mania remains our intellectual property unless full rights are purchased.
❌ 6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once work has started or materials have been procured.
Advance payments are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
In rare cases, if cancellation is accepted in writing by our team (only before production), refund terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and processing fees will apply.

Box Mania respects your privacy and brand confidentiality. All files, designs, logos, and product information shared with us are treated with strict confidentiality.
We do not disclose or reuse client materials without written consent.
Our internal processes, design styles, box structures, and developed templates are the intellectual property of Box Mania and protected by copyright law.
8. Legal & Compliance
